Service times, directions, and what to expect upon your first visit to FBC Longview

  • GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at First Baptist Church a great one!

    SERVICE TIMES

We meet each week on Sundays at 747 Wheeler street Longview, Wa.

    Prayer: 8:00am

    First Service: 9:00 am -10:15am

    Second Service: 10:30- 11:45 am

We offer adult and child Sunday School during both of our service times and Student ministry (grades 6-12) during the second service. Students are encouraged to worship during the first service.

    HOW LONG IS A SERVICE?

Both of our services are each about 1 Hour and 15 minutes in length. Services kick off with the FBC Longview Worship Band leading us in some exciting music.  Song lyrics are projected onto two giant screens so you can sing along and engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, PC or one of our staff pastors will come out to share a Scripture-focused and hope-filled message about Jesus.

WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH?

We like to say that "Every Sunday is a fun day at FBC Longview."  So Sunday's at First Baptist Church are excitingcasual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

    WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week!  At FBC Longview we make this a priority. Part of that priority is making your child’s safety a top concern for us. That's why we have a check-in process for the children's programing at FBC Longview.  The first time that you visit you’ll want to give yourself an extra ten minutes or so to get your little ones signed in to the Kids' Experience.  Kids ministry is offered during both Sunday morning services for children ages infant through Grade 5.
